Know Before You Go
All found items should be taken to the information tent area of the area where the item is found. Please turn in items so that they can be reunited with their owners.
If you lose an item at the festival, check at the information booths in the area where you think it was lost. If you are not able to find the item during the festival, please use the following methods to report a lost item. We will gather all lost items at the end of the festival and will hold them for thirty days. You will only be contacted if a match is found for your item and will make every effort to return lost items to their owners. Depending on where you live, we will help you make arrangements to have your merchandise returned at your expense. Please leave only one message via the following:

Please do not bring pets inside the festival areas. Only Service animals are allowed.

Food, Beverages and Portable Restrooms are available on Broadway.
Baby changing area generously provided by Broadway United Methodist Church.
ATMs are located in the heart of the festival at First Tennessee at Broadway and Cusick. Also, an ATM is located at CBBC Bank.
